Manicures from the last months

Hello everybody!

I know it's been half a year since I last posted and that is because I don't have the time to do my nails so often, take pictures and compose a post. There are weeks now I don't paint my nails at all and, when I do it, I keep things simple.

From now on, I will probably post only the pictures, without all the ramble.

Nevertheless, I have some manicures I want to show you. They are from the last few months.

China Glaze - Street Chic
Image plate: Bundle Monster 306

Essence - Trust in fashion

Essence - Irreplaceable

H&M - Blue my mind

Thanks for sticking up with me!
Hope you like my manicures!

NOTD & KOTD: Night Violet with a golden twist

Happy New Year everybody!

I hope you all have a great year!

This is my first manicure on 2013.

I used an older polish of mine, Avon - Night Violet as a base.

Then, I stamped a design from Bundle Monster image plate BM-314 using Flormar NA09.

I just love the result, don't you?

Bundle Monster BM 318 for the snowman design (I added 2 black dots using a dotting tool and the nose using a brush)

Here are more pictures:

I also did my friend's manicure:

For her manicure I used:
OPI - Suzi says Feng Shui as a base
Konad Special White polish and a sponge to make the "Snowy Tips"
Christmas Water decals from Bornprettystore (on their site you can find 3 sets of Christmas water decals!! )

What do you think?
What manicure did you do for Christmas?

NOTD: Abstract Christmas Tree

Hello everybody!

Ever since I saw the tutorial on NailSide, I wanted to try to recreate the abstract Xmas tree manicure. It's the first time I use tape in my manicures (I don't have stripping tape either - must buy some) so here is my result:

It's a very nice Xmas manicure, easy to make if you follow the tutorial.

As a base I used Essence - Walk on the wild side:

As you can see, it's a dark green with bright green shimmer. The formula is really nice, if you are careful one coat is enough (2 coats in my pictures).

For the Xmas tree I used China Glaze - Swing baby:

Then I added a dot using a dotting tool and Essence - Fateful desire.

So, what do you think?
Would you wear it?
Have you tried doing your own abstract Xmas tree?

KOTD: Snowflake manicure

Hello everybody!

Today I want to show you a snowflake manicure I did last week:

I used Models Own - Aqua Violet,  a blue/purple duo-chrome. I stamped the snowflake design using Konad - Special White Polish and image plate BM 323.

I took this pictures right under my desk lamp so that I can show you the duo-chrome effect.

What do you think?

Feel free to share your winter / Christmas manicures in the comment box if you made any!
